Abandoned kittens update.

I hope you all aren't getting kitten overload! The little ones are doing very well. 3 have dropped their umbilical cords and the fourth looks like it will go any minute.

We had a bit of an adventure today. One of the furbabies pooped in their box when mummy wasn't looking - bad kitty mummy! - and they all had to have a bath!! Well! They squawked and squawked through the bath and drying but absolutely LOVED the hairdryer!! They just sat in my palm and basked in the warm air. Can you believe that? So now they're all clean and fluffy again.

And yes, Leslie, kitten poopies and wees make my day! :tounge2: They tell me that all is well in the babies tums!

They are so tiny. What beautiful little angels.

So they are what about 4-5 days old now? Or are they a bit younger? I'm trying to compare them to Leslie's brood for development, and counting on my fingers from when you first posted on them...

LOL Heidi. If the lady was being truthful about their age, they are 5 days old but I think they're really only four days old. (She may have taken them away from mumcat on the day they were born but said it was the day after ) I'm not sure...

Oh! Look at that little boy lifting his head so high! He looks like a little prairie dog. They are both just cute as can be.

Man - now I want a new furbaby! No fair that I can't have one because Sugey is so phobic! But the one's I do have have to come 1st!
