Do you remember?

When it was 110 degrees in July? We were all worried about how much our air conditioning bills were going to be, and how to keep our furbabies cool.


I'm just trying to put these -4 degree temps into perspective.

My perspective - I hate extremes of weather

The summer here was hot, too hot, with no a/c we fried..... and tonight we are forecast big snows. My youngest cat is snow phobic, she will not be impressed!!

Ugh....seriously. That means, that to us it FEELS like there's a 114 degree difference between July and now!

Maybe if there was less of a spread, I wouldn't have to get my flute repaired all the time! All of this expansion and contraction of the metal and faux-skin pads is not a nice thing to have to deal with when we hit these extremes!

you should try summer on the equator. on my god i thought i would melt. of course summer in ohio often feels about the same.

here at work in the last 2 days they have had 5 water lines break.

I've been saying that When it gets to be so hot this summer I am going to look back to the frigid cold and NOT COMPLAIN about the heat.
I'll take heat over cold any day!

It's warming up! Perhaps my wiper fluid will unfreeze!

Not much different here in southern Indiana. (BBQ and humidity, but not the rock and roll...)

Amen!!! After the blizzards and subzero cold of the late 1970s I have never wished for snow or cold during summer heat waves.

Spring temps, maybe, but never snow or cold!

I never, ever, ever complain about the heat!

I'm actually looking into buying some land in Arizona.
