Well you guessed it..I was in a hurry this morning so of course my toast landed on the floor like an inch from the litterbox..

I had to hurry up and get ready so.....I brushed it off, and gave it a good once over..and here I am eating it

Its not crunchy or anything...so...its not that weird.

Oh gosh Natalie!!

I don't think the 3 second rule applies near the litterbox!

Oh yuck! Natalie we are going to have to retrain you on the 5 second rule! Certain instances that rule does not apply. Litter box area is one of those times!

Even if you were in a hurry, there had to be other options besides eating litter toast.

I don't see a thing wrong with eating it. It's not like it landed IN the litter, just on the floor beside the litter which we know is clean. You brushed it off (as I also would) so what's the problem!

This reminds me of my furry mouse bagel with butter
Oh, please, do tell about it.

I really should have taken a picture, but I was hungry! Paisley likes to carry those little furry mice (toys) everywhere. She had picked up the bad habit of bringing them up on the counter for some reason
. I made a bagel, nice and hot, got the butter on it, all ready to go. I stepped in the other room for just a second and when I got back there was a blue fuzzy mouse on top of my bagel, lying in a pool of butter.

I thought about all the places that mouse had been
...hmm litterbox, toilet, water bowl, basement....but then I decided it would take entirely too long to wait for another bagel. I actually switched the 2 halves around a few times so I wouldn't know which one it was
. LOL

Not as bad as litter toast, for sure - but it was funny!
