I breaded chicken tenders in breadcrumbs, lemon pepper, and a bit of parmasean cheese and fried them in olive oil (I never fry stuff so this is an exception! I don't like poping grease!). We're also having a mushroom flavored wild rice and a salad.
Probably some crap. I am working early tonight and so I dont have time to stop and eat something before I go into work. I might see if there are any good salads at the salad bar before I go in, and eat one on my break. I am so sick of eating junk food.
I made a roast last week and after having one serving I froze several dinners for future use. So tonight I had roast beef, roasted potatoes and carrots and a tossed salad. And it was just as yummy as it was last week
Colin was a sweetie and made dinner tonight since i didn't get off work till after 7:30 We had low fat tacos (90% lean ground beef drained, cheese that doesn't make my lactose intolerance act up, yellow rice, tortillas)
I have to cook kinda early when hubby works nights because he leaves around 5'sh, so today I made pork chops with bbq sauce, cooked carrots and some julieanne potatoes.......it was all yummy, allthough we ate at like 430 lol.
