Do you know what kind of stone this is? A coworker was gifted this ring and doesn't kow what the stone is. Who better to ask than you?!

Hmm, not the best photo. As it is I wish I could give you a definitive answer.

The one that came to mind first was amazonite. It could also be aventurine. There are also some turquoises that color. \\

You could google those for now. I'm trying to remember a website that might have examples. I'll check in later.

It has kind of the cats eye quality to it (the shiney kind of stpriping like in the tigers eye too) but only very little of it. Light minty green with small specks of a darker green if that description gives you anything more to go on.

After I looked at hte pictures I goodgled it looks more like Aventurine.

Ahh, the little specks of green and a sparkly appearance? Yep, sounds like aventurine.
