Just finished the latest in The Wheel of Time series, Knife of Dreams. Different than the other Jordan novels, I think his amyloidosis keeping him ill and him relying on assistants shows in this and the last one.

Supposed to be one more in the series, pending his recovery.

Im trying to read The Witching Hour by Anne Rice. I was doing good the first week and now I have been on a break for about two weeks. I figured it would keep me busy during downtime at work, well it more or less puts me to sleep, this could be due to the small print and the fact that it take Anne 5 pages to describe a building. Hopefully I will pick it up and finish the rest soon.

That was brilliant, wasn't it? I am not a crier but the ending shocked me that I bawled.

Yeah, I was sitting with my family in the living room, going, "No...oh no...OH MY GOD!" and they were all looking at me like I was crazy. I had to put the book down for a few minutes to soak it all in!

I'm currently reading Wicked by Gregory Maguire, and it's making me want to see the musical so badly!

After that, I'm probably going to start Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger. I figured I should read it before I start college in the fall.

Currently reading "Three Wishes" by Liane Moriarty.

I also enjoy stuff by James Patterson, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Steve Martini, John Grisham, etc. Right now I'm going through my "hilarious, cute, laugh-out-loud" book stage picking up books from the library.

If you enjoy all those authors, when you're out of your hilarious, cute, laugh-out-loud stage, you would like Patricia Cornwell!!

Is that 'Wicked' the book from the wicked witch's perspective in the Wizard of Oz? I read the one that was the Cinderella story from one of the ugly sister's perspective; it was excellent.

I'm currently reading Witch Child by Celia Rees; it's quite enjoyable.

I just finished "The Enemy" by Lee Child. Not a bad book. Lots of redundancy, and you get lost with the various ranks and military talk, but the plot was quite good.

I'm now in the 8th of a 12 book series. It's the Left Behind series, about the end of the world as Christians believe it will happen. It's very adventuresome and makes you think. I can't put them down! The current book I'm in is The Mark. Good stuff.
