Withdrawing 'bank points' to 'current points'

I dont know if this has been posted before but i seem to be having trouble withdrawing points from the bank to the current points total section. Ive done it a couple of times before and purchased a ribbon with no problems. When i put in the amount from the bank to withdraw, it says i do not have enough points to do this. Lets say i have 45.88 i type in that exact number or rounded down (obviousely rounding up would be too much) and it isn't allowing me to do that. YES i am typing in the correct box *pouts* anyone else having this problem?

Make sure you are clicking the withdraw button rather than pressing enter.

I was it's working today, but i was doing everything correctly last night. Perhaps the site was having a hissyfit.
