Wow what a difference with Smudge!!

She must be so much happier now! Does she seem happier?

And Stumpy is beautiful in the natural light. I just love when I have a chance to take good pics without the flash.

Wow what a difference!
What a lucky girl to have you.

Stumpy's ears, oh my!
She reminds me a bit of a serval, very beautiful and wild looking.

Yeah, we kept "forgetting" until we would see pics of other kittens and would realise how big their eyes are supposed to be!!

She could always see pretty well, and chased a laser pointer around quite happily. I don't think her long range vision was very good, and we haven't noticed any improvements, but haven't been in a situation where we would notice, if that makes sense.

Little Orange Blossom that I was telling you about actually had to have new eyelids cut because the condition was so bad
Smudge is lucky for many reasons (like her new home and great parents!) but also for those pretty little eyes!
Oh no, poor little Orange Blossom!!! They were saying Smudge was lucky since she didn't need new eyelids cut. Will Orange Blossom need artificial tears now?

I think she's been a more playful and kitten like the last couple of days. She's getting more stuck into her toys, so I think she's more comfortable. I could be imagining it though....

And yes, kitties are gorgeous in natural light!!!!

Thanks, she really does have a pretty face with her big green eyes, and pointy ears with the tufts of fur

Thanks all for the lovely comments!

And of course Stumpy is cute as can be.
she must be so much happier now, too - she can really see out of those wide-open eyes!
