My tomcat has a problem

My tomcat has a problem with his left testicle.It started a few days ago when I saw him malk weirdly and urinating with difficulty and now i see why.His constantly liking his left testicle and meowing very weird during the night probably because of the pain while urinating.I didn't take him to a vet because he seemed to recover a few days a ago, but now it reapeared and he is again walking with difficulty and urinating the same.I'm going to take him to a vet tomorow morning,but until then I don't know what to do, can anyone help me...i'm desperate

I assume that given he's a "tomcat" he hasn't been neutered? If that's the case that's exactly what you need to do, and probably what the vet will tell you to do.

He's possibly got some sort of infection, and it sounds pretty bad, so if you can get him to the vet any sooner I would - a cat not being able to urinate properly can be dangerous.

I'm so glad he's going to the vet...I'm sure there's a fairly obvious explanation for his problem. And I do also encourage you to have him neutered ASAP...for his own health, and to keep him from contributing to the pet overpopulation problem.
