Oh, I love carrot cake.
I think I am gonna make some red velvet cupcakes tomorrow to take to a Super Bowl Party on Sunday.

Hehe, well I'd love to share with y'all but I'm not even having any of this one...its to give away. My hubby is taking it to the funeral tomorrow morning.Y'all remember the lil' boy whose parents had to choose to take him off the life support machines after the 3 hour epileptic seizure? Well, his funeral is tomorrow morning.
Otherwise yeah I'd love to share! I usually make it a 2 layer 9' round cake that looks like this...
But my round cake pans are pretty messed up so I made it a 9x13 instead.

Yes, that's my neck 'o the woods! Magnolia is about an hour N.W. of Houston.
Someday...whenever we have a get-together that I can actually attend, you bet I'm makin' this one!
Either that or my ooooh soooo delish Southern Chocolate Banana Cake!...for all you chocoholics!
