The cats destroyed they're first plant.

All of them have been knocked over, nibbled on, or in the case of my spider plant scratched to death because it's the most fun one to play with.

They are good though, they never kill them.

Well, the umbrella tree I brought home last weekend, they loved playing with it! It was wilted from the cold walk across the parking lot and the drive home and I was working on bringing it back to life and today the cats stripped the leaves off and it's just two stubs growing out of the dirt.

they are so lucky they're too damn cute.

I feel your pain.
I can't really even enjoy my houseplants because of the cats.
The plants spend all spring and summer and most of the fall out on the patio, and winter in the guest bath under a timed grow lamp.
I only get to see them when I go to the bathroom.

Once upon a time, I had cats that never bothered my plants, and I had 4 and 5 foot ficus trees, 7 foot majestic palms and a number of climbers and danglers.
I miss having a house full of greenery.
