My fiance and I rode his motorcyle back to work from lunch, we carpool and went home for lunch. When I got back to the office I was at my boss's desk talking to him about our website. I guess I am one of those people who use their hands a lot when they talk.. well I managed to knock his (completely full) glass of iced tea all over myself. My pants, right shoe, and sock are drenched. It looks EXACTLY as though I peed my pants!

So I was sitting there thinking, I CANNOT ride back on the motorcycle looking like this. We have a blow dryer in the bathroom so I got it out and began blow drying my pants clean. After a few minutes I smell something burning and smoke comes pouring from the blow dryer. It burnt up. Now the office smells terrible and I am sitting here with wet clothes.
What a day...

Aww, Tanya, that sucks! Hopefully it will be one of those days that, given some time, will be a comical memory? Maybe?

My boss keeps calling me back to his office so they can laugh at me!


We have clients coming here in about an hour. I told them I am NOT standing up at my desk
I swear it really looks like I peed
I actually considered running to Target and braving the looks to get a pair of pants, but since we rode on the bike, I left my purse at home

I was thinking the same thing too cuz it'd be an awful way to start your week. It'll all be over before you know it...just smile graciously when your clients show up...we all have accidents now and then.
