dandruff and runny eyes

Hi guys, I have a quick question about one of my cats... lately Leeloo has had very oily fur and a lot of dandruff to go with it, this has been going on a few weeks, she has been rubbing up against the side of wall corners and things a lot more I'm guessing the dandruff itches her... then the past week I've noticed her eyes get very runny and crusty and I was starting to get worried that these two symptoms could mean something else? could it be something as simple as changing her diet? or is a trip to the vet needed? ziggy eats exactly the same as her and there is no changes in him at all.

Likely needs a diet cheange ... what is she on>>

Cats are so good at hiding their ailments. There could be more going on than you think. I would say a trip to the vet is def in order
