I was wondering how many people here on the catsite feed their babies organic cat food. We recently got a dog as some of you may know and we feed him organic food. my cats are very picky eaters especially princess. I have been feeding them both purina kitten chow since like forever, but I would like to switch to an all natural organic food because I think it would be healthier, does any body have any suggestions?

I'm planning to try some of the Eagle Pack Super Premium Organic the next time I purchase food for my crew to mix in with my Max Cat and Chicken Soup. The Eagle Organic is for all stages.

I think a change to organic from Purina would be a good change for your kits.

You may need to switch more than once... like to Max cat or Chicken soup both natural and very good ... Many organics are over filled with grains and veggies so be careful

A few seem nice. Evangers' Organic Braised Chicken canned seems good to me:

Organic Chicken, Organic Chicken Broth, Organic Chicken Liver, Organic Brown Rice, diCalcium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Organic Guar Gum, Organic Blueberries, Taurine, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Ascorbic Acid (source of Vitamin C), Niacin Supplement, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin Supplement, Thiamin Mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Biotin, Folic Acid, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex (source of Vitamin K), Zinc Proteinate, Ferrous Proteinate, Manganese Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Calcium Iodate and Sodium Selenite.

And the Organic Turkey & Butternut Squash dinner:
Organic Turkey, Organic Turkey Broth, Organic Turkey Liver, Organic Butternut Squash, diCalcium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Organic Guar Gum, Taurine, Vitamin a Acetate, Vitamin D2 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Ascorbic Acid (source of vitamin C) Niacin Supplement, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin Supplement, Thiamin Mononitrate. Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, vitamin B12 Supplement, Biotin, Folic Acid, Menadione, Sodium Bisulfate Complex (Source of Vitamin K) Zinc Proteinate, Ferrous Proteinate, Manganese Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Calcium Proteinate, Calcium Iodate and Sodium Selenite.

I'm having a pickle of a time finding more, though, lol

I feed Nature Organics canned food now. My cats absolutely love it and the ingredients are awesome. I only found it recently and haven't seen it in many stores so I hope the store I got it at continues to carry it. Meanwhile, evertime I go to the store I buy everything they have.

Pet Guard Organic is a good product. It's what I would feed if I didn't have so many!

I don't think you necessarily need to go to organic to significantly improve your cat's nutrition. As Sharky mentioned, there are good non-organic foods that would also be okay. It's very important to switch to a higher quality food than Purina, but a good non-organic food such as Innova or Chicken Soup (among many other options) would also be a good choice.
