Sam is waiting for me to finish work, so we can go for a walk, because a walk is always followed by dinner, and the FOOD DISH IS EMPTY! He's been telling me about it for about an hour, and now I get the evil eye.

Bad human! Don't you know you are supposed to do whatever they ask as soon as they want it? That's a pretty dejected kitty there. (I have to agree with Debby - Sam is a beautiful cat!)

Yes, he is very cute (and quite dignified, being a cat of the large persuaion). He was glum, glared at me and rolled his eyes a lot - we went for a walk, then I went to the pet store and bought him a cat tree. He is a spoiled kitty.

Of course I didn't get the tree because he glared at me, it's because I'm in training to be a crazy cat lady. Once Sam is completely and utterly spoiled, and I bend to his every whim, I'll start looking around for another to add to the household.
