I was wondering if anyone elses cat does this.
When I am not home or in the other room Karma is very loving and sweet to my DH. The second I come home or notice that she is giving him attention she will either turn on him or run away. She does the same thing with me to. Its like she does not want the other person to know she likes the other one.
Does that make sence?

Why would she be like that. She does not want me to see her love him and vice versa.

No she loves everyone who comes over. She just does not want me to know she is loving her dad or her dad to know she is loving me. Its very odd. If one of us is alone with her she s so lovey but if we are together with her neither one of us gets a thing.

Thats a thought. I never thought of that. I was thinking maybe it felt like we were smothering her. She is very spoiled. There are times when I get home from an early shift at work and lay down to take a nap. My DH will come in and lay down with me and she will do everything in her power to force him out of the room. Once he leaves she curls up next to me and sleeps.
She just does not want to share.
