I just got back from lunch and i have the three hour stretch between now and when I can go home and eat my dinner. Which of course makes me think of food........what is your most favorite comfort food? Although I RARELY eat it, Id have to say mine is pizza or anything chocolate/cakey. A bag of chips and dip isn't bad either!

If I'm at home and cooking, cauliflower cheese. The ultimate comfort food.

If I'm out or not cooking, white chocolate with nuts in it.

Or anything with nuts.

ohhh....
chips - definitely. I love chips. Believe it or not, I dont really care that much for chocolate, its only around the time of the month that I will eat it, and even then, its not much - usually it is chocolate fudge that the arts centre makes. It is sooo perfect!

I love mashed potatoes and gravy - the gravy has to be dark!!!!

Sometimes, but not often, I will enjoy some fish and chips.

Mmmmmmm......I have a recipe for Tuscan mac and cheese - w/ricotta, sausage, olives and tomatoes (among other things) The best ever! Also, an old meatloaf recipe from the 50's which I love w/ garlic mashed potatoes.
Yankee pot roast or corned beef dinner......
