Help I can't log out

I'm Serious guys,I've been trying to log out for the past 15 mins and everytime it takes me back to a page I wrote ages ago

I've closed down explorer and restarted but the Tcs page is still here with me logged in
I'm sorry if this sounds stupid but it's important that I log off and I cant'

Please ,can anybody log me out?
I'm so tired I need to go to bed but I can't while i'm logged in

Before I suggest anything, what version of IE are you using?

I don't know sorry.Where do I find out
It's got I don't know Its got millenium and dx9 and I can't think of anything else

IE= Internet explorer??The only thing I found was version 6,0,2800,110615

I haven't used 6 in a while. Click "tools" at the top of your browser, then "internet options" from the drop down list. You need to delete your cookies manually. Check the "general" and "privacy" tabs. You should see a delete button for cookies. If you see a "settings" button too, you may want to check that because it's possible you've set your browser so that cookies for thecatsite.com are not deleted when you click the delete button. If that is the case, you should see which sites' cookies are set not to be deleted and you can edit it accordingly.
