I just made some rotel dip a little while ago and it made me wonder what everyone's favorite dip is to eat with chips.
My favorites are:

White Queso- with tortilla chips
Rotel (velvetta cheese with 1 can of rotel) with tortilla chips
Guaccamoli with tortilla chips
French onion dip- with nacho cheese doritos.

what is your favorite dip?????

John is my favorite dip
I call him that quite often

Honestly- I don't like any kinds of dip
I'm an extremely picky eater!

I love dips, but they are all hot dips that I make, A blue cheese dip, and a cheese one that is awesome I put it in the Cattitude, and A Rachel Ray dip with bacon and smoked almonds etc.

Also Love french onion dip with Chips or FRITOS

I never heard of Rotel until I saw you post about it, now I see a commercial for it all the time, and I think of you!

Ohhhhh someone made a warm artichoke dip at a party we were at recently and I "ewwwwwwed" at first, then tried it and couldn't stop!

I have now made it myself a few times and LOVE IT!!!

oh yea! i forgot about my pumpkin fluff dip!! i love that one- i serve it with gingersnaps!

For the rotel- take on 1/2 of a box of velveta (or store brand) soft cheese. Cut it into little cubes then put it in a microwave safe container.....then open up one can of rotel (about .50 cents are your grocery store-comes in different flavors- origional, milder, and hot ones) i use the origional. and pour it on top. put it in the microwave for 5 minutes then let it sit for two before stirring -serve with your favorite chips! it's sooooooooooooo easy to make and really inexpensive and yummy too! it's great for football games and partys
also- it keeps for a while when you refridgerate it too

My favorite dip is Kraft Dill Pickle Dip with plain rippled chips.
I haven't had that since summer.

I make both a mean guacemole and hot salsa dip but my favourite dip is blue cheese which Epona hates- she says the smell is very off-putting

There is an upside to this- at least it keeps me trim

Sounds good Bruce- you bring the chips ok?
the sausage one is extremely addicting, I would probably end up eating the whole thing myself

Home made sour cream/onion soup mix dip w/potato chips or I heat up a can of nacho cheese sauce and add a small can/box of Hormel chili (no beans) with tortilla chips.
The sausage/cream cheese/Rotel dip sounds yummy though!!!

I'll have to find that recipe, basically you just brown the sausage, you can run it thru the food processor to mince it up a bit more, but I like mine chunky!! melt up the cream cheese and add the rotel in a pan, now I am really craving this!!
