Last night I went to bed at 6:30 and slept till 6:45 this morning. And I had slept till 9 I think yesterday morning. I guess my body was just really tired. I had been having alot of trouble sleeping lately. And I crashed yesterday. Two more weeks till vacation and I want to get my sleep regulated because I don't want to sleep the whole time.

I've been like that too. I read somewhere last year that during the winter time some scientists believe that humans go into a slight hibernation. So we tend to need more sleep in the winter.

I know yesterday I had 3 mugs of coffee and still couldn't stop yawning and had to catch myself a few times from falling asleep.

I went to bed last night at 8pm! Slept till about midnight when Jerry came home from the firestation, then woke up again just before 5. Got up at 5:15 with the help of prancing kitties across my body.......I think I fall asleep early because I don't ever get a sound, goodnights sleep.

I blame the winter weather, too. We just had this cold arctic air dumped on us and hibernation sounds like a great idea!

I am a professional sleeper, or otherwise known as cat wannabe
if I could, all I would do is sleep and work
I have been known to sleep 10 hrs, get up and take a nap within a couple hrs

I went to sleep around 4-4:30am and woke up around 8am.
Doesn't matter what time I go to bed I always seem to get up early. Think it might be the paxil (happy pills
)

Sorry to hijack your thread Gail.

Maybe you need to read a bit before bed, try and relax some.
