I was trying to purchase a ribbon for someone else... and actually wrote them a message, but I must have overlooked where I added the recipients name and gave it to myself
Is there any way it can be transferred to the appropriate person?

I did the same thing, Tanya. I thought it would be a great idea to give awareness ribbons, and even started a thread asking which ribbons people would like to get, only to discover that you can only give ribbons to yourself. I locked the thread and scuttled off into the shadows.
I thought I read you cant give ribbons to others as gifts, only to yourself.
