When I registered, I really couldn't have used a name like "Fiesty Feral" or anything along those lines, because we were totally new to cats. I logged on because we'd been caring for a stray (took her to be spayed, but turns out she was) for close to a year - and then a family turned up in our yard with a mom and five kittens. So I searched the web for info on what to do, and found TCS.
Our first rescue was named "Booger." I think I'm glad I didn't use that for my username.

I love LSU as much as life itself, so its LSULOVER, it is my screen name on every board that I belong to. Except the Tiger board and there are so many LSU fans over there, I am lsufaninmiss on that board.

Because that is the name of my cat. I did not know at the time I made the username that I would be getting another cat. And now the new cat is plenty mad over the whole thing (that her name is not part of the username.) It is my understanding that you can do something about it after 1200 posts and I see you have well over that number. I hope that is true because I have been telling Alley I would change my username to include her when I got to 1200 posts.

My name is from an even crazier source than anything already here. I love a card game called Munchkin - in this game you start out as a human but can change your race to various others and one of them is feline and another is an orc (which is a mythical monster) and as my kids reckon that I can be a monster sometimes
, I decided to combine the two races for my email address and then when I signed up here it was the name I used.

Baz was my first ever kitty, and he took my heart with him when he went to the Rainbow Bridge in my arms on December 28th, 2003 due to cardiomyopathy at the age of 14. He is very deeply missed.
I had to change my username when I came here cause it was already taken, although I've never seen anyone post with it. (Scooter) Cinder was my first black kitty. I adopted him from the humane society and had him for 5 months to the day. He died of FIP. I like the name and he started my fascination with black cats, of which I now have 3...Pip, Vizzy and Bubba. Scooter, my best bud who was also black, died of lymphoma at the age of 9.

My nick is named after our sweet girl who passed away a year and a half ago. She had just turned 15 and her kidneys failed on her. It was all so sudden. Although I guess it could have happened a lot sooner if I hadn't been giving her IV's and meds. It wasn't a very good weekend when it happened. She died two days before my birthday. I loved that cat more than life itself. She was human to us and always took care of us. Bless her heart.
I figure all my pawed babies are all AWSOME. So thats how i got Awsome Pawsomes. With 7 cats , 3 dogs, 7 rats and 3 mice there are an awful lot of paws here.
