Many good vibes to you! Hopefully its a minor sprain that will heal in just a few days! Meanwhile elevate it and maybe put an ice pack or some frozen veggies on it and take some advil or an OTC pain releiver. And check webmd for your sypmtoms!

Katie, when are you going to the hospital? Now? Im getting worried!!!!!!
In that case get to the ER NOW!!!!! My mom had a sudden pain in her leg with no cause. It turned out to be a blood clot. It is very serious if it breaks free. It can kill you. Please go to the DR now. (didn't mean to scare you if I did)Originally Posted by katiemae1277

Its called DVT or Deep Vein Thrombosis.
Do a quick google and see if the symptoms are the same. Just be very careful.Originally Posted by katiemae1277

well I slep last night with it elevated and it didn't help the swelling at allOriginally Posted by Kaylacat
Ouch my feet do that sometimes. I don't know what causes it but lay down, put your feet up on something higher than your head and lay there for a while (someone I know told me to do it and it does help a little) then get up and walk a bit. But if you don't go to the ER keep your foot up.
