Oh Fran, it sounds like that was not a pleasant work environment and I'm sure you'll find one MUCH better that actually appreciates you! *hugs* and good luck!

That's a bummer, Fran, especially after your being so ill. The bright side is that you have a little bit of time to look for a job where the atmosphere is a bit more pleasant.

Hang in there!!
I agree. It doesn't sound like you did anything wrong. Don't stress over it. Find a new job where you'll be appreciated.

Oh Fran - you just can't catch a break this year!

I totally believe that everything happens for a reason. It sounds like you'd be SO much happier somewhere else - they're just giving you the kick in the butt you needed to find a better place and better people!

It'll be their loss, and you won't miss them. The situation has been handled really unprofessionally, and I am sending out vibes to you that you find a wonderful place and wonderful, professional people to work with!!!!!!

I am so sorry that happened, but you have a month to find another place. I agree that I would try and find out more detail about why they think you are no good, so that you can work on any faults. But it really sounds as if you just don't fit in with this company, and that can happen to anyone anywhere.

So sorry it didn't work out Fran - as others have said, at least you have time to find a better job somewhere. I hope you are appreciated more in your next job. Use this as a learning experience

I have thats the problem, I have told them that i dont know how to improve my self, and that i wanted them to tell me what i do wrong! and they havent done that at all! Instead my colleague who was supposed to teach me things just gave up and has started to be a cow towards me.

I am also hurt because while i was off work they have been backstabbing me and i just cant put up with such behaviour.

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
Oh Fran
you are better off away from them, although I know it doesn't feel like that just now when you are unsure of what to do next.
I hate backstabbing too, there was a lot of it in my old job.
I have everthing crossed that you will find another job with more friendly, mature people and a boss who has the brains to be professional when they need to.

Awww...I'm so sorry, honey.

You don't need 'em...they sound like a bunch of imbeciles who don't know a good thing when they see it.

Good luck to you...it will get easier.

Be glad you are not going to be there, stuck in a dead end job, for the rest of your life. Go out and find a better job and show them that they made a mistake. If nothing else, take it as a life lesson, and move on. But i do feel for you and been there myself.
