Her food sounds so good, I reckon I am gonna eat a salad.
She would probably be serving Tuesday morning breakfast by the time you got there. That is... assuming you found California. Which was is that from you???

Close! We had a pot roast, mashed taters, gravy, mixed veggies, cauliflower with cheese, and a home made pie. Chocolate Ricotta Pie.
Best pie I've ever had, by far.

Oooo, my mouth is watering! Sounds wonderful! What temp do you bake these at? I wonder if I could replace the spinach with broccoli and maybe the french dressing with ranch? YUM!

350F and I am sure you can change up the recipe, I know I do! I have made it with broccoli before and it is good and change the dressing depending on what I have at the time. It is also good with italian dressing

Oooo, italian sounds good! I'd probably marinate them in it (italian dressing) for a bit first...what do you think? White meat can be so tough. How long do you bake it?

Gracias!

I had the sausage and lentil soup Karen (AbbysMom) posted recently. Not only it was delicious but now my house smells like sausage pizza

We use Morning Star crumbles (you can buy this at the grocery store), Will fry's this in a pan with green peppers, onions and a little seasoning and then add cheddar cheese in hard taco shells or sometimes we use soft shells too. That's all there is to it and it's delicious!

It is kinda an anything goes recipe, to be honest when baking them wrapped tight in foil, they cook in their juices and don't get too dry. I do marinate them sometimes and then others (most of the time because I am lazy) I don't. It cooks long enough with the dressing for taste purposes

I cook for 45-80 mins depending on how many I am cooking, the size of the chicken breasts and how much they are stuffed with.

Well hubby said it was too far to drive to Cali. Even though it sounded like a great dinner. So I convinced him to fix me a loaded baked potato.
