Oh I'm glad to hear she came out of hiding! She'll come around quickly, Jenny. She looks like one smart cookie!
It's happening already! Stray or feral - she knows she's got a good thing!Originally Posted by jennyranson
This morning she meowed at me through the door when she heard me and didn't run and hide. She went round and round the room like a crazy thing when she had finished eating, and her path included jumping over my feet! And she is very vocal, answering me when I say her name or talk to her.....
Awww..... what a SWEETHEART!Originally Posted by jennyranson
Yesterday and this morning I was able to pick her up - she came to me and I stroked her and then took her in my arms. She was nervous but didn't fight. I managed to open her mouth and look at her teeth, and her canines are just coming in. So she is only about 5 months old as I first thought. I was hoping to get her to the vet this week, but I have been too busy. She will go in the next few days. She never stops purring and kneading, she is obviously looking for love and reassurance.
