does anyone else have a cat who blows up...

like a balloon and feels like he ate a bowling bowl, when really he just hasn't pooped in awhile (he seems to go only once every 3 days, but when he goes....!!)

this is my boy sheldon. i start to think he needs a diet, and then he poops and i can lift him again


do you think i should do anything for this? i mean, like add fiber to his food or something?


guess i won't be calling him "little sh*t" any more!



i just got my photos back (old fashioned 35 mm) and there is a photo of the poop he left standing up, like a rocket, in the box~ thought that was pretty darn funny

now WHAT did i think i was gonna do with that??

Poor Sheldon, sounds like he really needs some fibre in his diet. My vet suggested MediCal fibre for one of my cats, just mix a little in with his food rather than just feed him fibre.
Also plain canned pumpkin is supposed to work well for getting cats to go.

But if this is an ongoing problem I'd be taking him to the vet. That's not normal and he could have something wrong with him.
