Great to know shes better but now you have a major responsabity on your shoulders. You need to either keep her or find a good home for her dont let her run loose anymore ever again!!! Whem I first read about this thread I thought you lived in the country, people who live there, I've heard not only do this but also lots of other horrible things to dogs/cats. http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/ima.../angryfire.gif.
My hypophesis for this stupidity, is that people who live in small farm/rutal contry settings have so much nature/animal life around them that they think nothing of doing these kinds of horrble things to boost their sense of power, ego, ect. Whereas people who live in cities are isolated from nature and so value animal life/nature better. Mankind has a long ugly history of killing and runining things to the last draw only then to change for the greater good once he reales his actions DO make a impresson Thankfully in cities it is getting better. http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/ima...s/rolleyes.gif
You don't think that I know how much responsibility I have on my shoulders? I had really planned on getting her better and then just turning her out on the streets.
I don't think that animal cruelty is only happening "in the country". Just because we live in the country doesn't mean that we are all rednecks that just kill b/c we like it. Just as much cruelty happens in cities. If you don't believe me, go read the Cats SOS forum for awhile. Its not just us in the country that have this problem. Quite frankly, I find this offensive, and must assume that you've never lived "in the country". You'll find the some of the best people in the world reside here and so do some of the worst....Just like everywhere else in the world.
If you would've read the entire thread you would have realized that I am working very hard to find Bea a new home, a good home....out in the country!!! Where she has lots of room to run and play and will never be subjected to anything like this again.
