Hey all- thanks for the vibes, I needed them more than Davidson did!
I posted all about it in the thread in Heath/Nutrition.
I'm very happy tho, he kept telling me how gorgeous he was! That made me feel like a proud momma!

Mackenzie - when you take him to be neutered, if he has a cat bed he uses, put it in his carrier. Ask the vet to let him stay in the carrier until the surgery. That way he can stay in his bed, in his carrier, in the cage at the vet. It's still scary for him, but it's a "safe" kind of scary. They may let him recover there, too (our vet does), so when we wakes up, he's got familiar smells.

I might have to look into that- thast a really good idea! I was going to give him the t-shirt I wore that night to have with him- but I'll ask about the carrier thing- especially since he's pretty skittish around new people and situations.Originally Posted by LDG
