Yum, and yes, and yum, and I like them all except Swiss.

Well, all of them that I've tried so far.

I love Cheddar, and Brie, and cheese spreads, and jack, and meunster (sp) and provolone and havarti...

Gotta love

Funny thing, though - I really don't enjoy any other dairy product. I'm not even a fan of ice-cream.

my favorite cheese is no longer made!
it was made in an Abbey in europe, & the abbey closed. it was called abbey postel. wonderful, aged cheese, quite strong.
my current favorite is an aged gouda. i tend to prefer aged cheeses, with quite strong flavor. the gouda here locally is 1 year old, but i've had older & i like it better. just can't find it around here - have to travel!

I like Harlech (a cheddar-type with horseradish), Cotswald (cheddar-type with chives) and Red Dragon (cheddar-type with mustard seed). I also like Roaring 40's (blue cheese from Australia), a brie-type I can't remember the name of, and parmesean. I've tried Maytag blue cheese, but had a reaction to it so now we're trying to figure out if I'm allergic to it.

Provolone, but not the sandwich kind, the one that comes in a big chunk that is cut from a huge round ball of aged provolone and you can only get it at Good Italian Deli's

Mozzarella, Cheddar and Fontinella and Fontina, and Parmigiana Reggiano

Another Saint Andre fan here - my daughter and I can make a meal of crackers and Saint Andre. Delicious. Of course I like the butter on my bread to be at least 1/4 inch thick so it's about the same.

Others: cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, romano, provolone, edam, havarti, brie, camembert, cheese curds, pretty much anything on the mild side - not into strong flavoured cheeses.

I visited the farm a few years ago and loved their cheddar!

I love all extra, extra sharp aged cheddars, Asiago, Parmesans, aged provolones and Piave.

yup! a crusty baguette, st andre and a glass of wine is a well balanced meal as far as I'm concerned. I suppose you could throw some grapes in there too

I've never tried fondue. I really like jalapeno havarti though.
Camembert and Brie are awesome too!
