I will shortly be taking care of my Grandma's cat for her (she is about 8 or 10 I think) and I already have two 7 month old kittens.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to introduce her to the kittens? They are very lovable but I am a little concerned as she has lived with just my Grandma for the last few years having come from another home that was full of small children - she didn't like that much!

I work all day so don't really want to keep her in a room but any suggestions would be welcome
Thanks.

The best is to keep her in one room and watch her actions. When she seems comfortable in that room, slowly open up the rest of her new home to her. Allow her to have that safety zone, somewhere she can go to later, food water and litter for a few days. Allow each to smell each other while seperated before they interact........... She may need hours or days before introduction, she will tell you though
