I think Amy's gone into labour!!!!

I just have this feeling that now I have posted this thread she will decide that it isn't time anymore and won't fo it LOL.

I found her in her nesting box earlier this evening and she stayed there for ages just lieing on her side. She stretched out on her back and let me rub her tight tummy. She has just got up to go for a bt of a wonder. I wonder if this means it will be soon?

I am off to hospital in the morning (very nervous) for a D & C and some other testing. As I said to TicTac I can just imagine after being up all night with Amy, I'll end up going in and saying " NO, No don't worry about the anesthetic!!!! I'll just have a little sleepy byes and you can wake me when it's over." LOL. I just hope Amy has them before I go or hangs on till I get back. Why does everything happen all at once????????

Anyway I'll keep you all posted.

Kitten Dance! Maybe this will help Amy along!

Kitten number 1 has just arrived At 2.04pm Tuesday the 24th September 2002.

Amy waited until I got home then fetched me and first baby came pretty much straight away, I can't believe it's happening. I am crying and worrying and it's just the most beautiful thing and the most beautiful present I could have today!!!!!

The first little one is white with it looks like grey tabby markings. Just superb. Amy has cleaned her and she is making little sounds.

I will let you know when the next one arrives. Please all pray they are safe and healthy.

I love you all thank you for your support and for being there for me.

I must go back to Amy now. Talk soon.

I feel like the father pacing the waiting room.

I guess I am about the only one on this side of the world catching this as it happens.

My fingers are crossed that everything goes well.

Kitten number 2 2.12pm Black and white with a beautiful white flare on it's forehead and a very loud voice LOL I think we should call that one Pavaroti. Both are okay so far all is good, Amy is doing so well. I am still nervous wreck. So glad there is both of you with me thanks.

I feel kinda bad though, cause I will have to go to bed here in a minute and will miss the rest! But I am sooooo sleepy. I will checkin the morning to see how many she had! Hope it keeps going so well!!! Congrats to you on being a new grandma!

Kitten number 3 died, I tried to resusitate him and he just didn't pull through. I am so upset, the poor little thing. We have another one number 4 who seems okay.

Hello again

Well it looks like 3 kittens. The are gorgeous and seem to be doing well, they are active and all are nursing. I feel so bad for the one that died. It looked differant to the others, much longer face, skinny. I wish I could have done more.

A friend came over and took some photos that he is going to email me shortly so I will post them as soon as I get them.

I can't believe it's finally happened.

I am sorry to hear that one of them didn't make it..but at least she has 3 beautiful, healthy ones!!! Congratulations!

Now you will have to change your signature at the bottom of your posts where it says Amy's name and (still no kittens). You could change it to "mommy of three"
