I still have some old clothes from high school..I have this weird habit of keeping anything that fits. Doesn't matter if I hate it, I MUST keep it because it fits me

Maybe something I have been looking for since I moved in. Okay, I am inspired and will tackle my kitchen box this weekend! Keep up the good work...
Yay!

You're also making me feel guilty about not having done anything about my boxes, I could do with a kick up the backside....
The last time I looked at the boxes in the spare room I found a load of books on the topic of mathematics and chaos that had never been opend let alone read

That said, I spent longer removing Radar than I did sorting through boxes

I need to purge my closet again too. I have these hideous things in there that fall under the same category. Especially shoes. Why is it that I feel like its a mortal sin to throw out a pair of dress shoes that are uncomfortable or that I hate or are out of style? I have a TUB of shoes in my closet that I haven't worn in the past year....

I'm ruthless!
I ask myself, if it hasn't been missed so far, will it ever be missed?

Our GIANT cat tree that we bought for Anya (and her new baby sister soon to come) is "out for delivery" according to the package tracking system. Woo-HOO! I'll be putting that together tonight as well.

My camera is broken... We're currently shopping for a new one.

Also what's sad if I have about 6 LARGE bags of charity items that need to be taken hiding in my bedroom already.
The plan is to finish this purge and then take it all at once.

The first filing cabinet drawer is empty. And why did I have to stop? I turned my back for a second and there was an Anya curled up inside.

Hey I have a collapsable frisbee! It's made from the nylon and stuff like my girls pop up hut things. I keep it in my purse actually....comes in handy as a good fan in the summertime!

Sounds like your are starting to make a dent in your boxes. I decided to clean out my dresser after reading this and I have to ask myself why I had screws and fish food in my dresser. And why I had scissors in there I guess I wanted to boobie trap it.

Night 2

I made it through 2 boxes and a drawer. But I also put together a cat tree, which Anya seems to love by the way. She's playing on it now.

Tonight I found:

More script ideas. I created a file for them in our filing cabinet.

An accordian file of Brian's personal records with every section labeled in his mom's handwriting. I don't think he's opened it since she gave it to him.

Brian's first ever passport. Issued in 1984.

All the tax paperwork from last year that I've been looking for!

Juggling balls. My husband used to work at a theme park. He dressed up like Yogi Bear for 5 summers. He picked up a few tricks along the way.

LOTS of undeveloped film. If it will even develop I'm interested to find out what it is.

LOTS of photos of nieces and nephews. I'm adding photo albums to my "to buy" list.

So that's it for tonight. I'm pooped. Time to cruise TCS for a while.

Awww. Tonight was sweet rather than funny!

Good job wrangling Brian's ideas into one place - plot bunnies need their own farm, where you can look after them properly.

Night 3

Nothing much to report tonight, except to say that I went through 2 boxes to prove that I did it.

Just some old scripts, more health insurance paperwork, and other odds and ends papers that either needed to be thrown away or filed.

I only have one box left now, and its the biggie in the bedroom.

I also want to tackle my two closets since I'm on a roll. Tomorrow night!

I've seen them. I know he keeps one of them in his wallet...

As God as my witness, I shall find one and scan it in!
