I'm laughing and plugging my nose all at the same time.....

....I'm in DH's study which is between the girls' bathroom and the living room. Well Noodles was in their litter box and suddenly made a huge commotion and came running out at like full speed...dropping turds all the way!

I had to turn on all the lights in the living room and hallway to be sure I got them all! I think she did a lap around the coffee table! YUCK Noodles! (And now she's back in there scratching.
) At least there are no dingleberries....

OMG - Ferris is always startling himself and leaping out of the litterbox - what happened to you today is one of my biggest fears!

I hope the cleanup wasn't too difficult!!!

Any signs of difficulty using the litterbox? Might be time for a trip to the vets .

I've seen it happen at the cat rescue a few times, but never with my own cats at home.

Mooch has done that! Fortunately the hall area in front of their bathroom is linoleum and that's where she's done it!

i don't think they're scared or startled - i think they're just eager to leave the odor
