Wow, that sounds like a very healthy breakfast! Do you make your own bread? We always eat oatmeal around here Sunday-Thursday. It's the easiest/quickest thing for me to make!
On Friday my husband makes pancakes, and on Saturday we eat cold cereal. Every once in a while we'll have eggs for breakfast. It's strange that we don't have them for breakfast more often, now that we have chickens, but when we eat eggs, it's usually for lunch or dinner.

I try to stick to 'healthy' cereal - like museli or bran flakes, but sometimes I just love kids cereal with chocolate in!
Why is it that the tastiest cereals are the most fattening?
Jordan's oat crunchies are sooo nice, but I might as well eat a chocolate bar for breakfast!!

At the weekend if my s/o is not working we have breakfast in bed - a cup of tea and a chocolate croissant

I can't even face food for at least an hour after I get up so I don't eat until I get to work. I get toast and jam every morning and since I'm the one that makes the coffee at work, I have a nice fresh cup with my toast. Sometimes I bring cereal from home (Sugar Frosted Flakes - they're Greeeeeaaaaaat) and have those at my desk. I bought the ones (by accident) with 30% less frosting and threw them out after 1/2 a bowl full. I ask myself why would they make Sugar Frosted Flakes with 30% less frosting? If one was truly worried about that frosting why wouldn't they just buy Corn Flakes?

I have a variety of stuff, I get real bored quickly if I have, say toast everyday.

Sundays we have fresh coffee and croissants, with butter & raspberry jam

Weekdays, cereals, toast & marmalade or Spanish toast which is toasted bread with mushed up tomatoes, olive oil and salt & pepper

South Beach breakfast bar, banana, juice and coffee. I just don't have the time for anything more elaborate, and this breakfast can be eaten in the car on the way to work.

I usually eat a multigrain or whole wheat bagle with light cream cheese. On weekends I love a good eggs and hashbrowns breakfast!

When I was in college I used to eat a bowl of oatmeal while I drove to class....

Usually french toast dipped in maple syrup and a big ol' glass of water.

No, I don't make the sprouted bread. We used to have chickens, too, and I LOVE the fresh eggs! Can't wait to have chickens again when we buy a house.

p.s. I'm all about eating healthy! I've found the most important thing for staying/getting healthy is high quality "fuel."

an ice cube in Iowa...
I'm not a breakfast eater, except on weekends. Then it's pancakes, muffins, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy...you know, all the heart-clogging kind of stuff!

I don't always eat breakfast. I hate most breakfast foods. Sometimes I have cereal, sometimes fruit. But those are really the only things that I like.
