So, nothing serious, but can anyone start a Happy Birthday thread or is it a job someone has responsibility for ?

Just becomes sort of something someone does everyday, kinda like me starting the Daily Thread... I sorta assumed responsibility for that....

Rigel always starts it during the week, and it is something he likes to do. I normally start them on Saturday and Sunday. If someone else wants to do them on Saturday or Sunday, that is fine
