A few questions about feeding routines

I'm thinking about stopping the free-feed thing I have going on with my cats, but was just curious how much food, how many times a day people feed their cats. So if I could please have you answer the following questions-

Kandie under due to age and illness ideal is about 13.5-14
Zoey is 8.3 and likely should be closer to 9.5 but has a very good metabolism( vet says she is withihn the okay range)
What type of feeding method do you use? (Free-feed, 2x's, 3x's a day)
I call it rotaitional...lol...
Kandie eats about 6-10 meals a day
Zoey is semi free feed when kandie is full
How much does your cat get at each feeding?
kandie I aim for one ounce each meal

What kind of food is your cat on?
kandie canned raw and homeade
Zoey natural choice and felidea dry with any canned she would like

How old is your cat?
Jaffa is 91/2 and Mosi has just turned 1

How much does your cat weigh?
Jaffa weighs approx 12lbs. I'm not sure about Mosi as he's not been weighed as an adult and is still growing anyway, but he's smaller than Jaffa and small to medium build (he's a somali). I'd say he's an average sized cat

Is your cat overweight/underweight/average weight?
I'd say both are exactly the right weight for their build. Jaffa is quite skinny but that's his build.

What type of feeding method do you use?
I feed at sheduled mealtimes 3x a day, although it's almost 4x a day now as I've started splitting supper into 2 so that they can have something about 9pm and then something right before bedtime. I started doing that because Jaffa has been having problems with early morning vomiting which I think are related to an empty stomach. Up until then I was feeding them at approx 7am, 4.30pm and 9.30pm.

How much does your cat get at each feeding?
7am - Jaffa has 1 100g pouch/can of wet food with a few dry kibbles sprinkled on top, Mosi has half a 100g pouch with a bit more dry than Jaffa.
4.30pm - Jaffa has 100g pouch/can of wet food, Mosi has half a pouch.
9.30pm - a small amount of dry - probably about 10g, maybe a bit less for Jaffa. Just a small snack.
bedtime - Jaffa has half a 100g pouch/can of wet food and Mosi has a bit more dry (probably about 10g).

They both have treats twice a day. Mosi usually has de-furrum treats (2 per day) and Jaffa usually has 4 small treats per day.

What kind of food is your cat on?
They both eat a variety of premium wet foods (although Jaffa does have a bit of felix mixed in) and the dry is James Wellbeloved or Hi life - both good quality dry foods available over here. Mosi eats normal adult food (not indoor formula or anything like that) and Jaffa eats a mixture of adult and senior food.

How much does your cat weigh? 11-20lbs (I have two 'bigger' cats, one came to us at 30lbs and the other, the vet said, is just a big cat)

How old is your cat? Pico and Romeo are almost 2 years old.

How much does your cat weigh? Pico: 15 lbs, Romeo: 11 lbs.

Is your cat overweight/underweight/average weight? Both are average weight and are very big male cats. Pico has a vertical reach of about 4 ft!

What type of feeding method do you use? Previously 2 meals per day, total of 1/2 can wet food + 1/2 cup dry food per day. We're currently weaning them down to 1 meal per day for ease of feeding for the cat sitter (while we're in Mexico for 9 days in March).

What kind of food is your cat on? Pico: Royal Canin Urinary S/O (wet and dry), Romeo: Nutro MAX Cat Roasted Chicken dry + Nutro MAX Cat canned varieties.

He's fed twice a day: dry (his preference) in the morning, canned (my preference) in the evening
How much does your cat get at each feeding? 30 grams of dry food (c. 1/4 cup) in the morning, 3 ounces of canned in the evening

Buffy is 3, Willow is 5, and Molly is 1

How much does your cat weigh?
Buffy is 7 pounds, Willow is 9 pounds, and Molly is 11 pounds

Is your cat overweight/underweight/average weight?
Buffy and Willow are at fantastic weights, absolutely perfect, but Molly is teetering into chunky territory

What type of feeding method do you use?
The more the merrier, like 5 times a day. However I can't seem to do it that much, so I use 3 times a day and the cats seem happy with that.

How much does your cat get at each feeding?
Buffy gets half a can of BLUE, and Molly and Willow get about that same size portion of their raw food. Some days they get a little less (so they can have more feedings).

What kind of food is your cat on?
Buffy is on BLUE's canned food and Molly and Willow get both Arusha and Top Hand Ltd (both Canadian RAW food brands). I think we prefer the Top Hand stuff 'cause it's bloodier

How old is your cat?
Frankie is 8.5 and Wickett is 2

Frankie is about 10 lbs. and Wickett I'm guessing os between 12 & 13 (haven't actually weighted hin recently)

In the morning (apx. 3:30am) they get heaping 1/4 cup dry food each. AT dinner time (about 6:30) they each get a large table spoon of wet food. Then before bed (apx. 10 pm) they each get another 1/8 cup dry food. It doesn't sound like much but when I give them more they don't eat it.

They're both at excellent weights for their sizes.

Canned supplemented with raw meats/organs. I plan to switch them to a totally raw diet soon, but I'm still researching.

Is your cat overweight/underweight/average weight? They are all at a healthy weight.
What type of feeding method do you use? I free-feed dry food, but in a controlled way - I give them a measured amount of food at the same time each morning. I also feed canned food in the evening.
How much does your cat get at each feeding? The three of them get 1 cup dry each day, which they nibble on all day. They also get a can of wet food to share at bedtime.
What kind of food is your cat on? Right now I'm using Maxximum Nutrition and Purina One dry, and Iams wet. These are the best I can afford right now and the cats are doing pretty well. I have fed a variety of premium brands in the past - Solid Gold, Annamaet, Chicken Soup and Wellness gave the best results.

Sasha: 3-5 years, Daisy & Leo: 6 months old, Olive & Tabitha: 5 months old, Spooky Bear: 4 months old

Sasha: 5 pounds, Daisy & Leo: appr. 4 pounds, Tabitha: almost 6 pounds, Olive: 3 pounds, Spooky Bear: almost 3 pounds.

Is your cat overweight/underweight/average weight?
all are at a perfect weight... nice and lean but not skinny

What type of feeding method do you use?
free feed mostly... we have a large "community" bowl, with dry food down at alll times and whenever canned food is on sale they get that once a day until it runs out.

How much does your cat get at each feeding?
No idea how many cups or anything that they actually eat, but each one of them usually eats 2-4 times a day, and they eat for about 5 minutes or so.
