Just got back from the horse races...

And it was sooooooooooo much fun!!
I have to admit, I am PUI right now...So if I sound like I don't make sense..that would be why


An owner of a chain of bodyshops in London, held this event which was free dinner, drinks, limos, with horse racing. The poor horses had to run in the snow though
But, we stayed for all 12 races..all night. Got a little squiffy and here I am


I don't usually go out very often but it was very fun tonight!! And no, I didn't win any big money...maybe $4 here and there..altogether only lost about $20 for the whole night..NOT BAD for a long night out with dinner and drinks PLUS a little friendly gambling.

I've never been to horse races before- glad you had a good time and got a bit squiffy!

How cool! I'm glad you had fun tonight. I had fun tonight at Donald Trump Mansion. They had drinks and food. (I'm PUI too) When we left they gave us 8 little "Bacardi 8 year old rum" bottles. And I'm drinking that right now.

Heck you should have let me know, My first DH & I used to raise Throughbred Race Horses, maybe I could have given you a tip or 2

OooOOoooo! Sounds like fun. We had our Christmas staff party at the race track and I tried to get a few pics of the horses too. No one gambled though, we were too busy eating!!

Aw, I should have told you in advance then. I had never been before, so one girl there had to give me the lodown on how it works..It was alright though, I really liked it!! Next time, I will be hounding ya for tips

Well, we ate a big buffet dinner and THEN bet the races. Everyone else in our office left at about the 5th race or so...we stuck around till midnight and bet all 12
. It was sooooooo fun!!!
Just three of us girls betting and having a blast..We laughed alot. I needed that
