Pet Peeves

One of my biggest pet peeves is this.

My husbands truck is a diesel truck. We live in a small town and there are only about 3 service stations that carry diesel. We normally go to Wal-Mart to get it. There are about 8 lanes for gas there, but only one 2 pumps for diesel. We will pull up to get diesel and there is someone there pumping gas, we will hafta wait until they pump their gas before we can get ours. This makes me so mad, they could go to one of the other lanes but they would rather make people who can only use diesel wait.

One time I got tired of waiting in one lane so I pulled around behind another guy to the other diesel pump. Somebody pulled in front of him and this person actually thought he was gonna use that pump first. I let him know (while I was still sitting in our truck) that our truck was way bigger than him and I was gonna get my diesel first. He gave me a real dirty look too, . And then somebody pulled up behind me so he still didn't get to get his gas in my lane.

Another one is people who are to lazy to walk to the store so they park in handicap parking, and they have no handicap sticker displayed on their vehicle.

They better hope that I never get to be a cop, cause I am gonna give out some tickets. My friends tell me that will never happen though, cause the city would hafta give me a gun, and my friends tell me that I would hafta carry my bullett in my pocket like Barney Fife had too.

I have a lot of pet peeves. ONe of my main ones has to do with driving. Why is it that the people who pull out in front of you with multi lanes with no cars in it have to choose the lane you are in causing you to slam on breaks. It makes me want to get a big raggedy truck and just rear-end all of them!!

Or they pull out if front of you and go about 100 feet and then turn

Ooohh yeah that too! Or just go really slow. Like under the speed limit!

I have a couple.

1. If you are in the turning lane it dosn't mean you don't have to use your signal light. This is also applies when changeing lanes.
2. Not coming to a compleet stop at a stop sign. I mean it's there for a reason people! (I've even seen city busses go straight through a sign)
3. If you need to have a conversation DON'T stand in a doorway!
4. It may be a cubicle, but it's my office so KNOCK!

Definitely that. Its very hard to control my temper #$@**$! when they cut me off and go 10 miles/hr. I think tickets should be given for unspeeding.

Oh- I have many

1. People who talk on their cell phone while driving, and don't pay attention to the road.
2. People who don't use their blinkers! AHHH!!
3. Slow drivers, people who go significantly UNDER the speed limit- c'mon people!!
4. People who chew with their mouths open- seriously I'll smack you!
5. When I worked the front desk @ my old job- I'd hate when people would take out their aggression on me with their problems just because I answered the phone- don't take it out on me, its not my fault!

I have a few:

1. My biggest pet peeve is smoke- i can't stand it! I can't stand being anywhere near anyone who is smoking (no offense to anyone) but i'm allergic and i find it disghusting.
2. rude sales people- be curtious and be polite please! i am a kind customer and i am always polite- but nothing irkes me worse than rude sales people or rude customers.
3. Colin's burping and passing gas all the time
4. Children who do not have manners- when i have kids they will definitely be taught manners and how important they are!
5. People who constantly go EVERYWHERE with those darn blue tooth head sets and have a very loud conversation just out in public and look like their talking to themselves - please, seriously people....save your conversation for someplace more private.
6. Bad drivers who think the laws do not apply to them
7. People who make fun of handicap or mentally retarded people. I get furious over this. My uncle is mentally retarded (but highly functioning) so i hate it when people use slang terms to refer to handicap or mentally challenged people! I just want to shake them and take them to a Special Olympics event or something like that and let them see what wonderful people they really are and that they do not deserve to be ridiculed because of their differences. It is our differences that make us unique. I hate to see people make fun of anyone. It really upsets me.

OooooO!! I have plenty, but lately:

1) People that are too lazy to walk the shopping cart 5 feet to the designated area. I was so angry one day when I came out and some lazy punk had left their cart there and the next person bumped my car with. Grrrrr...Now my car is scratched up.

2) Customer Service attendents who can't get off the darn cell phone. I'm sorry if I interrupted your conversation with your friend that you're having at work. Anywhere that you're dealing with the public, Walmart, Target, CVS etc, you should NOT be allowed to talk on your cell phone while you're at work.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people who do ALL their banking at the :censor::censor::censor::censor::censor::censor::censor: ATM machine Uh, first of all, do it online or go to the teller. Secondly, ATM's are for the convenience of doing a quick transaction NOT spending half an hour updating all your accounts and paying bills. THIRD, people behind you in line HATE you


BTW I'm sure some of you do this, and I mean no offence to you at all...just to the people that are in front of ME at the ATM doing this..I'm sure it has never been and will never be you

Mouth noises! Esp when chewing gum.
People who have to tap their foot or shake their leg (when it isn't a disorder).
When I am at a cashier who is too busy talking to anyone and everyone while ringing my order up. Customer first people! Or when the co-workers agrue while one is ringing you up. This happened during the holidays but the person ringing me up was a manager and she was being rude to the other cashier. All over sharing boxes. Jezzz

One of mine is people who chew with their mouth open or talk when they eat. Ewww!

I hate it when people don't look at me when I am talking to them, like they arn't paying attention. I mean they don't have to stare at me the whole time but it would be nice if they tried to at least act like they are paying attention.

Another is people who interupt me right in the middle of what I am saying. Seriously, thats just rude. I try to wait for people to finish what they are saying first.

Ooo! I thought of another one, but I haven't had the "pleasure" of witnessing it lately.

The male morning snort. You know what I'm talking about, where anytime during the morning when they're clearing their sinuses and they close their mouth and SUCK THREW THEIR NOSE.
