I bought a BOLD username, but........

When it didn't work, I tried to remove my purchase, which I guess it did, but it didn't give me back my points. Do we just lose the points, if we purchase something that doesn't work, or will they come back at some point?

Items are currently non-refundable, but it will be looked into. If you were using firefox, you won't be able to see some of the username and thread effects.

It's bold for me too (in FF) but not blue?! Of course, that could be the skin I'm using.

Hope, its bold on mine too. Maybe look at yours and look at someone elses.

Hope, don't you use Opera? It could be that it doesn't recognise the features?

I'm using Opera, and yes, it does show. Haven't run into anything yet that others are seeing and I'm not.

Wouldn't your username already be bold because of the sig helper status? Mine shows bold anyway

I guess the "bold" was supposed to show up on my username on the threads. I am using Firefox. Maybe that's why I don't see any difference. It looks the same as everyone else, except for Sqirtal's and he's is like a hot pink.

Can you see the 'glow' around Anne's name?

I had to switch to Explorer, but on Explorer I do see a yellow glow around Anne's name. I also see my name as being BOLD on the thread.

It is firefox then, I can see the bold in the beta version I have but not the regular version

I can't see the glow around Anne's name, either, using Opera. I can see flisssweetpea's and squirtle's colored names, though.

Can you see the glow on the stickied thread in the Lounge?

Whom are you asking, Karen? I can't see the glow there, using Opera, but the word "sticky" is in boldface.

it is the same in firefox 2 but I can see Hope's (and everyone else in the TCS Team) bolded username and the coloured usernames
