Could I have some vibes for my dad please?

I called mom today to ask abut his dr appt. The doc had informed them that his PSA number went up from 6.8 to 9. So they did a bone scan and some other procedure in which mom is awaiting a phone call for the results. The doc also commented on his weight (which is low for his height). My sis and I have been "advising" mom to increase his caloric intake. They eat really healthy and personally I don't think they are getting enough calories I think he has a good metabolism as he can eat alot and not gain weight (why didn't I inherit that). I passed on more suggestions for her.
Mom really stresses about all of this plus now proceeding with some action plans for his prostate treatment. (he had radiation seeding about 3 yrs ago). She mentioned freezing? and some other things which didn't make sense to me!
So hopefully the additional test he had today are ok and an action plan can be developed for increasing his weight (more ice cream and beer!!) and to watch that PSA #.
