I have the nausea and cramping. but i can stand and walk ok and don't have a fever. i have vomited 3x today though.

The pain would be on your right side. And you would have a horrible time walking or standing.

I don't want to alarm you, but if it's an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, the pregnancy won't necessarily show up on home pregnancy tests. Please see a doctor.

Not a comforting thought, but it could also be a tubal pregnancy, and that could be life threatening. Go to the doctor or ER NOW!
