Do your cats take after you?

So maye I lifted the idea a little from the nearly obscene thread about sleeping positions
But it got me thinking...

My sister's cat sleeps just like my BIL, with a paw under his head and he "snores" a little. Zissou sleeps on her stomach with her arms way forward and her legs straight back (never seen another cat do that, ever) like she's flying superkitty, which is how I sleep.

Anybody else's kits seem to have adopted how you sleep?

Any other characteristics? Zissou sighs sometimes. It's disconcerting, because she does it when she can't get something she wants. Like, she'll stand over her wet-food bowl when it's empty, and sigh at me, a little high pitched hrmph and a loud exhalation through her nose--it's a sigh.

Do you take after your cats?
(I've started smelling Zissou's breath the way two cats will do... and she does it back

Well I tend to toss and turn alot and so does Tavia. She doesn't sleep one way for too long.

Radar hardly ever sleeps that I see, and at the moment (probably due to getting over illness) I feel like I've never slept either

There are days I wish I was more like Luna. She'll get sassy with the other cats if they try to invade or dominant her. She just hisses and swats back.

I should take notes from her.

Patches is more like B though. she cries and whines until I do whatever needs to be done.

Well...when DH snores, Tailer and Forest figure he's purring so they purr back at him. Does that count?

This is a funny thread to me, not in a bad way. When I adopted Boots, I had concerns, because our personalities were both so similar, we were bumping heads. Stubborn and fiesty. Now, we are like 2 peas in a pod. Very strong-willed, and stubborn as anything, but we get along. He sleeps the same way I do, on his side, and gives me kisses by trying to shove his tongue up my nose
