vanilla and cinnamon!!
I like chocolate chips in mine, I never tried Cinnamon hmmmm...My favorite is a recipe I have for choclate pancakes they are so good.

I can't eat pancakes - way too heavy for me.

Regular with butter (lots) and maple syrup.

Cinnamon, chopped pecans and either vanilla or almond extract, depending on how I feel.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel like they have to take a shower (or at least wash your face) after eating pancakes with syrup??
No really! I'm not a messy eater...but I just feel like I have to wash up really well afterwards!
I prefer to top my room temperature pancakes with any lefterover frosting...homemade cream cheese frosting is the best! but any kind will do...great snack! Even better...slather on some peanut butter and banana slices!
