Awe.... Kitty Cash. I wish I would have know that they were taking photo submissions back when they were, I so would have tried to get Kitters on one of these scratch offs!!!

BTW.. DH bought me 3 of these today and none of these kittys brought me any cash!! They just keep costing ya money, no matter how hard you try!

What a cute idea for the lottery. I might play once in a while if they had those in Ohio.

It would have been so cool if I'd had known and gotten Kitters on it!! I would have bought one for everyone I know!! I'd be so broke so I guess it's a good thing I didn't know!
