I just put some chicken nuggets in the oven
I was going to make chicken breasts-but I wanted something simple and fast

Skipping lunch today, trying to get my appetite back to normal.
Been getting hungry at the stupidest times.

a bagel with peanut butter on one half and on the other half, strawberry jelly. I will probably have an orange, too.
Nothing exciting here.

Ewww I can't eat it cold
I am picky, I actually reheat it in the oven. I won't even eat it reheated in the microwave... It just seems soggy

My take on shepherd's pie that I made a few days ago as lunch for the week! I'm pretty pleased with it.

Its only breakfast time here, so I have plenty of time to work that out.

However, I am having my usual toast with vegemite and a cup of coffee for breakfast.

It is an australian spread - a yeast extract, rather salty, sort of a soy sauce flavour...thats what I think anyway. Someone did once say to me it tasted like anchovies, but I don't see how!
Its a rich brown colour and goes beautiful on toast.

This is the website: http://www.vegemite.com.au/
