ahhh, so painful!!!

Last night I woke up around 11pm and my right arm was killing me. oh so painful aches running from my armpit down to my ring and pinky finger. i know i must have slept on it wrong but WHAT CAN I DO??? it's ached all day and i've taked stuff for it too???????

Maybe try just exercising it a little bit or massage it, I don't know what else you could do though.

Maybe use some bengay or something like that on it. A warm compress/bath may help too.

Maybe try some ben-gay I do that all the time, and I take advil for sore or pulled things

I use Alleve for stuff like that too, but I use the wal-mart brand, it is called napoxen sodium, it is a anti-inflamatory. It works pretty good.

What a bummer it's still hurting! I do that a couple times a year, but I've never had the pain last as long as you are.

Treat it like a pulled muscle - a warm compress followed by Ben-Gay or Aspercreme should do the trick.

Hope you get relief soon!

I've gotten some relief - but the weirdest thing happened. . . .i was sitting down and having a drink and all of a sudden the ache came back. . . .but this morning it went away. . . .strange. if it keeps coming back i'll have to get it checked out.

maybe somthing is pinching a nerve or somthing... i would see a chiropractor to have an ajustment just to be on the safe side.

I would go and get that checked out ASAP.

Sudden onset of right arm pain can be indicative of a number of more serious things other than muscular.
