Need vibes

I need vibes I need to find another job I can't handle the one I am at anymore. I went to the meeting and they brung up some stupid crap and I have got to find another job.

Here's the deal in the nursing home I work at we have two wings well East wing has a lighter load than West does so East has to pass the ice and do the vital signs for both ends. And they are supposed to rotate that between staff but when I work they say it is specifically my responsebility. Well the aide I work with throws a fit when I go to pass the ice and do the vitals because I am not helping her well I can't seem to get this through to them that I can't be in two places at once. And if I do the ice and vitals she tells them she can't get any help from me so either way I get yelled at and I don't know what to do. Because she won't rotate this stuff and I think its completely unfair. And so I am going to try and look for a new job even if I do have to take a pay cut for a short bit.

I had a job where no matter what I did, I couldn't win. Take a pay cut and find something/somewhere you are happy! You will be SO glad you did. Work stress is the worst. Good luck and good vibes.

Is there a supervisor you can both sit down with so your co-worker understands your workload?? It sounds like she had a communication problem!

They told this lady that we have to help on both ends and she still says she doesn't care that she isn't going to do it and when I try to do it she yells at me.

So report her! No one can work under circumstances like that!

Well I did report her and they said well humor her step it up a bit. And I don't know why it should completely fall on me she talks to the charge nurses like they are dogs so why would she talk to me that way.
