Okay...that might be a little melodramatic of a title. But I feel terrible. It's now been about 55 hours since I last slept. Things have been stressful lately and after the break-up with the B/F last weekend I've been struggling to sleep.
Anyone have some remedies/advice to get me through this (or over this!)?? I hate to resort to sleeping pills, but I'm going a bit crazy.
