Raisins, grapes cut in half, apple juice, prunes, if she is REALLY constipated, then you can buy a childs enema. But, ONLY if you talk to her Dr first and have the go ahead.
I hope she can go soon!!!

Take her out for Thai food. Or Wasabi. I avoid people for 2 days after eating wasabi (but its oh-so-good)

Glad your daughter was finally able to "go". Milk can definitely cause consitpation- and if she has a milk sensativity- it can also cause cramping, bloating, and a plethera of other issues. I'd suggest getting her some Lactaid Milk. That's what i drink- i'm lactose intolerant and have a ton of issues if i try to drink normal milk. It tastes just like regular milk (i promise- i've tried everything...and trust me- there's no comparision between lactaid milk vs. soy or rice- it's sooooooo much better.
) They make it in different kinds like fat free (what i drink), vitamin d, 2% and everything- it's just easier to digest.
Try her on some of that. She won't be able to taste a difference- but ya'll will see a difference when her tummy doesn't get upset

I'm glad she was able to go.Another thing that REALLY binds up kids, is bubble gum.Seth use to swallow his when he was about 2 and no matter how close I watched him, I couldn't catch him before he did it.BOY did he get bound up. I felt sooooooooooooo sorry for him.

Hot cocoa works too. A friend of mine's little sister got constipated bad enough that she was in the hospital (several years ago), they gave her enemas and hot cocoa to get things going
